Fax and Convert Documents Even When You are Out of Office

PDF Reader is equipped with a Fax machine and file Converter, allowing you to not only view PDF files, but also turn them into different file formats.

You can find Fax machine and file Converter in the PDF viewer, on the left.

When you are reading something interesting and would like to save it to Word document, for example, just open the Converter and it will be done in a second. There are ten different formats you can choose to convert your PDF file to, including the popular Office Word (.DOC, .DOCX), Excel (.XLS, .XLSX), and PowerPoint (.PPT, .PPTX) formats.

When you don’t have access to a Fax machine in the office but you need to send a document immediately via Fax, you can easily do that by opening our Fax in the document viewer, type in the page(s) you want to send, the fax number and other required information. The task will be done right away!

Task Manager records all your fax and conversion tasks, so you don’t lose track of what you have done. Talking about being organized!
