Sign up for a free Kdan ID and get a 2GB free Kdan Cloud. Users can use the free storage to backup ad.package (the native file format for Animation Desk). You can download the file back and make edits again.
To Upload Sequences to Kdan Cloud
Go to Sequences tab.
Right-click (or long-press on a touch screen) on the sequence you want to upload and select “Upload” from the drop-down menu.
You can also select multiple sequences you want to upload using the on the toolbar and select “Upload” from the toolbar.
To Download Sequences from Kdan Cloud
Go to Kdan Cloud.
Right-click (or long-press on a touch screen) on the sequence you want to download and select “Download” from the dropdown menu.
You can also select multiple sequences you want to download using on the toolbar and select “Download” from the toolbar.

No upload option comes up

Make sure you are logged into Kdan ID to be able to see the Upload option in the drop down menu. Thank you!
I did every thing you say but it didn't work at all. . .they need to fix the uploading!
including I try 27 times or 28 and it didn't work.when I upload it. . . it exiting off

Is it possible for you to reinstall the app and try again? Remember before that, back up the file into AD Package on your device or other storage. If you still encounter the problem, please send us the file to check it. You can send it to helpdesk@kdanmobile.com. Thank you.

Could you help let us know the app version and OS version you are using, as well as your Kdan ID? This info will help us look into what you encountered. Also, please send us a screenshot of what you encountered, such as error messages you received when trying to upload, or the app showing no upload option in the drop down menu.

Hello. I can't upload to kdan cloud on my Pixelbook. I can upload on my iPad but not on Pixelbook. When I click on the grey cloud button with the up arrow inside it it says internal storage is less than 5mb. I have nothing downloaded on my computer and my kdan cloud is empty as well.
